“The RIS module for Avreo interWORKS is great. The workflow and patient folders are easy to use. It looks just like an x-ray jacket. The system has a list of names and exams for each day. This is something that all the doctors are familiar with viewing. The scheduler is also great. It keeps our technicians on task with getting studies completed and pushed through.”

About Dictation / Transcription Module

“Avreo interWORKS interSCRIBE is an excellent state-of-the-art system, due in large part to its voice recognition. It just works. For about 70 percent of the reports that the radiologists give, as they dictate it they are transcribed and they are reviewing it on the screen. They give their electronic signature to it and it is automatically faxed out to all the referring physicians. The referring physicians get the reports from us just amazingly fast, which they really appreciate because it makes them look good with their patients.”

 

“The interSCRIBE transcription module within Avreo interWORKS is very good. It is very convenient for us. Our transcriptionist has a worklist and the system alerts her when she has new studies to transcribe. Once the radiologist dictates the study, she is alerted of it and it is added to her worklist. Once she has transcribed it, she sends it back to the radiologist to sign off on it and complete it.”

 

“The Avreo interWORKS interSCRIBE transcription solution has enabled our transcriptionists to do other transcription work for other Avreo users that need teleradiology help. About Image Management (PACS) module

“Avreo's customer service is exceptional. Our problems are worked on immediately. If we don't get someone live on the phone when we call, they call us back in less than five minutes. The customer service on my end is great. Another great thing is that this system is much more affordable than the other PACS systems out there.”
